RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Your first coaching session includes 1 hour of coaching and 1 matching assessment. The coaching session may be re-scheduled up to 3 times to accomodate schedules. After 3 re-schedules, or following any no-show, no-contact missed appointments, the buyer forfits the right to a refund for that appointment time. Any client who demonstrates a consistent pattern of tardiness or missed appointments may be required to pay a future booking fee in addition to the normal session cost. True emergencies are never penalized.
